- ➤ Northeast Wisconsin Technical College received a $1.3M federal grant to help low-income and first-generation college students get better support for their studies. The new program will serve 140 students a year with advising, tutoring, and career help — and will start in spring 2026. FOX 11

- ➤ Brown County’s Planning Development and Transportation Committee recommended a $44,192,880.62 contract award to Zenith Tech for building the Port of Green Bay development site to relocate coal storage—its total project cost is estimated at about $57.3 million with $57.4 million in secured funds. The Harbor Commission will review the bid on Dec. 8 and the Board of Supervisors is expected to vote on the recommendation on Dec. 17 before contract terms are finalized in early 2026.
