On Saturday, about 200 people played a double-elimination basketball tournament at Menasha High School called the Ball 4 It All Turkey Ball to win $400 for first place and $200 for second while sharing 50 free turkeys with those in need — the event brought the community together ahead of Thanksgiving.

Green Bay's Hmong community celebrated the Hmong New Year on Saturday with a ribbon cutting led by city leaders and is continuing the event today at the Kress Event Center to mark 50 years of their presence in the United States—featuring free cultural activities like dance, sports, and games that honor tradition and the brave pioneers who made it possible.
