- ➤ More than 1,000 people walked the 2-mile route at Green Bay’s city deck on Saturday morning to help end Alzheimer’s as the event, which began at 8:30 a.m., raised over $214,000 toward a cure and to honor loved ones. The walk highlighted that over 110,000 people in Wisconsin have been diagnosed with the disease (including more than 5,000 in Brown County). WBAY

- ➤ A Christmas movie filmed in Door County now titled A Wisconsin Christmas Pie will debut on Oct. 9 on Great American Pure Flix and air Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. on Great American Family and GFAM+. The film stars Katie LeClerc and Ryan Carnes as it tells the story of a Chicago pastry chef returning home for the holidays — locals will enjoy a free premiere at 7 p.m. Dec. 13 at Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek with advance tickets required. - ➤ Under Wisconsin law, minors may enter bars if they are with a parent, guardian or spouse of legal drinking age — but each establishment may set its own rules on serving alcohol. Fines up to $500 can be imposed on those who break these rules. Green Bay Press-Gazette
