CRIME NEWS
- ➤ A state panel met Monday to review David Bintz’s $2M claim for compensation after his 1987 murder conviction for Sandra Lison was overturned by DNA evidence—while a separate decision on his brother Robert’s similar claim remains pending. WNCY
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Trans-Siberian Orchestra will kick off its holiday tour in Green Bay with two shows at the Resch Center on November 13 — one at 2:30 p.m. and one at 7:30 p.m., and at least $1 from every ticket will be donated to Feeding America and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Tickets for both shows will go on sale on Friday, Sept. 12 at 10 a.m. FOX 11

HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Children’s Wisconsin opened a mental health walk-in clinic in Green Bay last Thursday to offer urgent care for kids and families— the clinic is open Monday through Friday from noon to 6:30 p.m. and provides quick assessments along with guidance for further treatment. FOX 11

- ➤ Today at Waupaca Learning Center Elementary, the Green Bay Packers are hosting a 45-minute football camp where 150-300 students rotate through drills such as a relay race, kicking, throwing, leaping and diving for a touchdown—future camps in Ashwaubenon, De Pere, Wrightstown and Appleton will let kids hone their skills with Packers players assisting at Titletown and De Pere.
