- ➤ Green Bay officials and Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions are planning a multi-phase development at 200 N. Monroe Avenue that will build 160 apartments and 24 townhomes with a 10,000-square-foot space reserved for a grocer — though talks with potential grocers have so far been unfruitful. The developer has until mid-January to finalize plans and hopes to break ground next spring with the full project completed in 2028. FOX 11
