  • The Toppling Hunger cereal drive ended Monday and collected donations from the WBAY Building and Fox Communities Credit Union to benefit 15 nonprofits across Northeast Wisconsin, including Grow It Forward in Manitowoc. Founder Amber Daugs — who once experienced homelessness — said the cereal helped provide a nutritious breakfast for kids and support food insecure families.  WBAY

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A fire broke out Sunday night at the two-story house on 1109 Klaus Street leaving one adult and three children temporarily homeless while firefighters arrived at 8:14 p.m.—putting out a small kitchen fire, ensuring all occupants were safe, and beginning an investigation into the cause.  WeAreGreenBay.com
  • On Sunday night, the Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to a small fire in a two‐story home on the 1100 block of Klaus St.—forcing an adult and three children to stay elsewhere while firefighters used a water can to put out the flames and damage was limited to about $1,000 with no injuries reported and the American Red Cross offered temporary shelter.  WBAY
