- ➤ Sixteen candidates applied for the open seat on the Green Bay school board after former member Kou Lee resigned on May 8 amid questions about his residency. - ➤ Emplify Health by Bellin and Marquette University announced the launch of the Resch Mental Health Initiative, a seven-year pilot that will recruit 25 students from Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula to earn a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling with full tuition and a stipend. The program will provide paid clinical training and a pathway to employment and is expected to serve about 26,000 clients per year—addressing the mental health professional shortage in the region.
