GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Act 247, signed by Gov. Tony Evers on Thursday, Apr. 9, legalizes online sports betting for tribal lands under a hub-and-spoke model. The Oneida Nation supports the law to boost local economic growth while keeping betting revenues in Wisconsin. FOX 11
- ➤ The Parks Department plans a $7 fee on 69 parking spots at Bay Beach to raise $30,000 to $40,000 for park repairs, with most stalls free. A committee will discuss the fee and naming of a train station M&D Depot Wednesday at 5 p.m. in room 207 at City Hall. 94.3 Jack FM
