- ➤ A state appeals panel rejected Attorney General Josh Kaul’s motion to block Elon Musk from giving checks during his planned event today in Wisconsin—Musk said he would give $1 million checks to two people who sign a petition opposing activist judges. - ➤ A Columbia County judge declined to hear an emergency injunction request to block billionaire Elon Musk from giving $1 million checks to two voters at his planned rally, and Attorney General Josh Kaul appealed the decision on Friday. - ➤ Dane County Judge Susan Crawford said it is immoral for Elon Musk to try to buy votes with his planned million-dollar giveaways as he holds a rally in Green Bay today promising to hand out two $1 million checks ahead of Tuesday’s election. Waukesha County Judge Brad Schimel said he does not control Musk’s spending and will not join the event—both candidates also held separate campaign events in Milwaukee on Saturday.
