- ➤ Staff at the NEW Zoo are looking over photos and videos of escaped otters Louie and Ophelia after the two widened a breach in their fenced habitat last week. Zoo officials say they will use professional trackers and motion-activated cameras (to find a capture site) and hope to trap both otters if they are seen together (indicating an ideal location). WBAY
- ➤ Altrusa Hospitality House launched the (Nights for Neighbors) initiative that asks local volunteers to open their spare rooms to families of medical patients during NFL Draft week beginning April 20 as hotels and Airbnbs are mostly full. The program will help up to 10 families per night while many more travel from up to four hours away for care. 94.3 Jack FM

- ➤ Green Bay police are teaming with the Wisconsin State Patrol in an educational enforcement initiative that will monitor commercial vehicle laws and heavy truck ordinances from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today. Training earlier this year focused officers on handling complaints about trucks deviating from designated routes and using compression braking—measures designed to help drivers comply with the new guidelines. 94.3 Jack FM
