- ➤ The Packers traded Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin for defensive tackle Colby Wooden. Franklin, a top tackler and multi‐year team captain, is expected to backfill the gap left by Quay Walker, who will enter free agency next week. NBC 26
- ➤ Audrey Crowley, a Grafton native, is preparing to compete at the Paralympic Games in Cortina after honing her skills at a small ski hill in Sussex. She uses a prosthetic arm to help maintain balance and reach speeds up to 60 mph. NBC 26
- ➤ Packers defensive end Rashan Gary posted on Instagram Friday that his time with the team was ending, but his message was deleted after reports indicate his account was hacked (source). The team has not confirmed a trade or release, leaving his future uncertain. NBC 26
- ➤ Notre Dame and St. Mary Catholic from the Fox Valley won state tournament spots at the Resch Center next week—Notre Dame won 69–54 for its first Division 1 appearance, while St. Mary Catholic secured a 58–56 overtime victory in Division 4. NBC 26

Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Education
The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Board of Education will work independently to provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations in accordance with policies and procedures. They will demonstrate exemplary communication skills that will reflect positively on HSSD. Serving as a liaison, the individual will offer timely assistance and be resourceful for both internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential matters with discretion. This is a 12 month position with an ideal start date of March 16, 2026. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and full benefit package.
