- ➤ Give BIG Green Bay returns for its ninth year today as community members join 24 hours of fundraising for 50 nonprofits, with the Packers Foundation providing a $250,000 matching grant & awarding grants to Dogs2DogTags, Guitars for Vets, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. FOX 11
- ➤ The Green Bay Bicycle Collective has been selected to benefit from the 24-hour Give BIG fundraiser, which runs from noon Wednesday to noon Thursday. Donations will support refurbished bikes, park repairs, and youth education for cycling safety. NBC 26

- ➤ The 2026 World Championship Cheese Contest is set in Madison from March 3 to 5 with dairy makers from 34 states and 25 countries, including 23 from Northeast Wisconsin; public can watch judging and sample cheeses on March 3 to 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (free). WNCY

- ➤ Green Bay City Council approved a $244,045 Wisconsin DNR grant to support the recreation portion of a $1.9M East River Emilie Park redevelopment (adding fishing areas and nature watching spots) during Wednesday night; construction for the full project will begin in 2027. WBAY
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ The city is considering an amendment to a 2021 Shipyard apartments plan that would require vertical construction to begin by June 1 or the city will repurchase for one dollar. Merge has proposed a Sept. 1 start date, and the Redevelopment Authority postponed decisions until its next meeting. WTAQ
