- ➤ Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin received a $250,000 social justice impact grant from Packers Give Back on Wednesday to boost its mentoring programs for kids waiting for a mentor. The nonprofit will use the funds to expand safe meeting spaces for Bigs & Littles. 94.3 Jack FM
- ➤ Freedom House donated their van to Rooted In Inc., a community table that helps deliver fresh food to local families in Green Bay (the van previously aided homeless outreach). Both groups are set to join the Give BIG Green Bay campaign on Feb. 25–26. FOX 11
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Green Bay Conservation Corps released its 2025 Year in Review on Thursday, Feb. 19, highlighting key habitat restoration and native plantings across 2,658 acres of recreational space. In partnership with the local botanical garden, crews installed thousands of plants — building a continuous pollinator corridor. Green Bay News Network

- ➤ Officials at NEW Water determined that sewer leaks occurred last Thursday when a maintenance project left valves open and nearly 8,560 gallons of wastewater spilled downtown (2,200 gallons entered the storm system) before crews cleaned up the area the next day. 94.3 Jack FM
