- ➤ Heavy snow and shipping delays have strained rock salt supplies for independent contractors in Northeast Wisconsin while cities like De Pere report full stocks. Some orders may take up to 60 days because suppliers are catching up (with Chicago backups available) to meet demand. WNCY
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ UW-Green Bay celebrated its topping out ceremony for the $101 million five-story Cofrin Technology and Education Center on Jan. 7 + the final structural beam was installed, paving the way for the modern library that will open in early 2027. WNCY
