The sound and vibration of Crystal bowl instruments have been proven to reduce stress tension and create a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing of the mind and body begins.

Please join us for this spiritual ‘Letting Go' themed Crystal Bowl Sound Bath session for November that is set to relaxing background meditation music for the ultimate mind, body, and soul experience. After Black Friday, experience the relaxation of Letting Go Saturday.

Limited yoga mats and light blankets available so please feel free to bring your own and a pillow. Space limited to 20 participants. 5 participants minimum to hold session.
