About this event
Old Testament Literature with Seth Whitaker, PhD
From narrative, myth, law, poetry, and prophecy, the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) reflects a great diversity of genres and time periods. This historic and literary complexity makes interpretation difficult for us modern readers. This talk will provide an academic overview of the Old Testament scriptures and propose insightful ways to interpret them appropriately.
