  • The Green Bay Public Market project is on hold until more funding is secured to transform the 45,000-square-foot Old Fort Square building into a tourist destination. • Fox Valley Technical College and UW-Green Bay signed a memorandum on October 23 — a move that opens transfer pathways for Criminal Justice and Business students. Criminal Justice students gain immediate junior status while Business students will access flexible options starting Fall 2026 — both pathways aim to lower tuition costs and prepare students for regional careers.  UW-Green Bay
  • UW-Green Bay reported a 3% rise in enrollment over the past year (a 28% increase over five years) that reflects its commitment to expanding access. Provost Kate Burns said the university offers varied programs (including online, dual enrollment, and traditional courses) to help more students succeed.  UW-Green Bay

  • St. Norbert College will add new majors including sacred music, digital marketing, cybersecurity management, exercise science and a 4+1 MBA program, plus new concentrations in journalism, professional communication, sports media and public image and promotion.
