- ➤ A judge ruled that 16-year-old Ramone Waupoose is not competent to stand trial for allegedly attacking his mother with a hedge trimmer at a Suamico home on July 16—an updated exam will be ordered to assess his ability to understand adult court proceedings. WNCY
- ➤ Ramone Waupoose, 16, was charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless injury after he attacked his mother with a hedge trimmer at a Suamico home on July 16 — his juvenile court competency exam found him unfit to stand trial — and Judge Tammy Jo Hock ordered an update to the exam for adult court procedures.
